Well, my reset is almost over and will be heading out tomorrow. Get to go, you guessed it, right back to the NE area. A 3 dropper, the Bronx, Danbury, and Boston. Gather that I'm heading right into another storm, that is supposed to drop another ft of snow, in that area. Well yea!!!!!! (note sarcasm)

I haven't tormented you with any jokes in awhile ....it's hard to find "appropriate" ones :biggrin_25517:. This one kind of reminds me of the King....I sure am glad Old Henry is a tractor and not a mule! :yes2557:

    The Mule
Farmer Jake had a nagging wife who made his life
miserable. The only real peace that he got was
when he was out in the field plowing.
One day when he was out in the field, Jake's wife
brought his lunch to him. Then she stayed while he
quietly ate and berated him with a constant stream
    of nagging and complaining.
Suddenly, Jake's old mule kicked up his back legs,
striking the wife in the head, and killing her
    instantly.
At the wake, Jake's minister noticed that when the
women offered their sympathy to Jake he would
nod his head up and down, but when the men
came up and spoke quietly to him, he would shake
his head from side to side.
When the wake was over and all the mourners had
left, the minister approached Jake and asked, "Why
was it that you nodded your head up and down to
all the women and shook your head from side to
    side to all the men?"
"Well," Jake replied, "the women all said how nice
she looked, and her dress was so pretty, so I
agreed by nodding my head up and down. The
men all asked, 'Is that mule for sale?' and I shook
    my head, no."

    Sorry, Panhandle....

3-Day Blizzard/Ice Storm (Feb 8-10th)...HUGE MAYBE..but when both the US and EURO models show similar scenarios it's worth mentioning for the Sunday - Tuesday timeframe from Northeast Ohio to New Jersey and points Northeast. This is not a Nor'easter scenario where models can bust big time but rather an over-running event like last weekend where widespread snow/ice is much better handled by models just 4-7 days out.
The first graphic is a 4-day snowfall outlook during the period of concern.
The 2nd graphic is the raw weekly snow totals from the US GFS Enhanced Model showing 1-2 feet of snow in the Northeast and the
3rd graphic is the raw weekly snow totals from the EURO Model also showing similar snow totals.
The bigger concern we have here at wt360 is the potential that this isn't going to be an all snow event over 3-days but rather the potential for a major ice/sleet storm reminiscent of Feb 2007 that had people stranded in their cars on I-78 in PA for 2 days. This is not just one storm too as it appears to be several waves of low pressure along a stalled cold front from Central Ohio to New Jersey. We can't tell you definitively how much snow/ice you'll get, but this is something to watch in light of potential widespread power outages from Northeast Ohio to New Jersey into New England where more ice than snow falls. Keep you posted.

Thanks. I was trying to call the night before but didn't get an answer. Got there got the price like you said waited on the p.o. but caught on quick. Called the pilot as I new I'd probably be getting scaled after pick up got the price and sent it in for a p.o. ahead of time... i made it to the oasis travel center in just cross the border alabama. Load doesn't deliver until 2300 on sunday. Sent a message to see if the can t call it to the yard or give me a much earlier delivery time. Going back to sleep for a couple more hours. Probably pull out at 8am.

I did. I tried to enter it for the 20th-24th being that I figured valentine's weekeND was booked. But it said home time request already in use or something like that. I called my dm to see what was going on and she said she spoke with her supervisor and they put it in the system to get me home on the 13th... very kind of her..
