Parked Here for the Night

I came up from old hickory TN today and that truck was still there on its side when I came through around 4 this afternoon. Few more feet and the cab would be down on the street below the overpass.

I'm shacked up at the flying J at the 240 now taking a long night off, deliver in woodridge IL at 10 tomorrow then doing my Friday thing and laying the hammer down pointed towards the house.

It's be a rough week and for that matter it has been a rough couple weeks...

We had 3 people quit ,soo it's bust ### time for a bit . Lol

 

Just took a drive to LA. Both truckstops in Ontario are packed. A lot of trucks been their 5 days now. With the ports of west coast on strike. Looks like pickings will be be very very slim.

 

Camping at the Edinburg TX TA, waiting to go get some Mexi-produce tomorrow for SC. Don't hate me 'cause it's 9pm and still 60º. Oh yeah, no snow in the forecast tomorrow either.

 

i just saw this. Had dinner with my ex and kids and I'm here too...getting ready to turn in for an 0400 appt in Sealy than off for the weekend

Well Red I hope you had one of Lilly's handmade Burritos....one of my favorite reasons (among others)for being in the Valley...any luck at all today...ill have time to swing by for one for lunch on my way over from larodeo...but there's always supper...
