Dale, find ALL the medicine bottles that you have, with YOUR name on them. Take all of them to the drug screening collection site. Have them jot down ALL the meds information.

Now Dale, and I am NOT SAYING that you did this, but there have been guys that are married, or living with a "significant other", whom may have prescription meds, and it HAS BEEN KNOWN, at times, that when one is sick and has meds, and the OTHER person gets nearly the same illness, that the OTHER person may take one of the meds, prescribed for the other person. THIS DOES happen in SOME house holds.

Just saying, and NOT IN ANY WAY insinuating anything, ok?

Take ALL you prescribed meds, even if you do not take any of them any more, no matter how old they are, to the drug screening site. This way you are "covered". Another thing you may do is, go in person to your doctor's office, on company letterhead, have them print up a list of ALL your meds, and take that as well! You may have to have your doctor sign that paper however, or his secretary, if she has doctors rights to do that.

But the employer you went and tested for, and this positive showed up, they ARE REQUIRED by DOT to report this and it will be on your DAC, so get a re-buttle in ASAP

Did you put this drug on the questioner before taking the test?I've heard hair test won't go on your record because it is not a DOT requirement.Companies perform hair test on their own free will.

 

Tell them about the drug u took and show them the bottle before the test.
