    Complete and print the form at the below link and submit along with a copy of your current valid DOT medical card to the address/fax number listed on the form. As a driver for Walmart, you would fall under the category of Non-excepted Interstate (Box A).

    It's the same thing. You'll just do it through the Colorado DMV. You declare the type of driving you will be doing. For all Wal-Mart drivers we are interstate.
    The internet is your friend. You should have made a self cert. Already.

    Hey andrew13 on the road test was the truck a 10 speed eaton? Also did you float the gears or did you double clutch I am a O/O I can't remember the last time I did that LOL I've been practicing with my truck I drive a 18 speed eaton fuller. Any input would be kool sir I just haven't had to do a road test in 12 years or longer.
