If you check out my thread you will find all the info you need on millington. We just finished skills week and passed our evals. We're going home for a week because road training in greer, SC. Is backed up. However, I will post the list here...

You will need:

Your SS card and birth certificate.

Your med card AND long form.

Your driver's license and cdl permit. (Yes, a paper copy is fine if that's what your state issues.) You MUST have more than 30 days until expiration left on your permit!!!!!

Edit: your DD214 proving your eligibility for veteran's status if you intend to apply for the veteran's scholarship.
