Absolutely! Whenever the internet signal in that middle of nowhere place works...

As matter of fact, I have posted lots and lots of pictures on another thread "Where Are You" the last time I visited that place... let me see... it was from Nov/11 to Jan/12... I also flew to my home town of Rio de Janeiro and posted very beautiful aerial view pictures of that city, Sugar Loaf Mountain, the beaches, etc, etc...

Here are a few of the pictures from my last trip...



First one is a view of Sugar Loaf Mountain and some other hills (Christ the Redeemer in the back) and some beaches (Botafogo and Guanabara bay to the right and Copacabana to the left)... took that pic from my window...



This is a street food market in one of the towns I visited in northeast... they are very popular and happen all over the country...



And this is a "meat shop" in northeast... they may sell it like this or...



...they may just butch a cow in their vehicle and sell it right there...



It's very common to see street vendors selling fruits and other kinds of foods too...



I LOVE the corn they sell on the streets... it's not sweet... it's boiled in water with salt... and they smear butter on it.... hmmmmmmm.... DELICIOUS!!



One of the towns I visited in northeast... stray animals walk freely on the streets among vehicles and motorcycles... looks like this cow was going the wrong way though...



Most small towns in that country have lots and lots of motorcycles... some have more motorcycles than cars...



But those drivers are definitely not as safety oriented as the ones in the USA... lots and lots of deadly accidents happen every day...



I drove around in that region... but not much traffic... Wouldn't have the courage to drive in the big city of Rio though...



Would need to "practice" for a month first... Got "spoiled" driving in the USA...

There are no rest areas and practically no places for truckers to park... and no HOS either...







"Caught" a view of a truck driver resting in his hammock under the trailer.... those are very popular in Brasil, specially in hot regions...




That's a view from dad's place in the middle of nowhere in northeast of Brasil...



That's one of the streets in that little village...



Some of those houses look like they were made by hand, with clay and sticks... no ceiling, dirt floor inside, outside bathroom is a hole on the ground...



And that's where dad is on the map...
