No, the ticket will not show up on his PSP or affect his carrier's CSA score. Assuming the officer did not do at least a level 3 inspection of course.
Got a ticket today

No inspection was made the concern is the ticket
-
CSA points only come from items noted on an inspection form. It's how the system is set up. Just as Raezzor pointed out.
-
Lmfao, no.. you're wrong. Go read a detailed reply in why by Raezzor.
Funny how drivers till this day do not know how CSA works. -
I'm going to stick my neck out here and actually attempt to answer one of the questions from the OP. He asked if he should notify his employer. The answer to that, in my book, is YES. I believe you are required to notify them of any moving violation. Even if you fight it, and get it dismissed or reduced, if my memory is correct, you need to notify of them of the original ticket, and very soon after you get it.
-
To my knowledge the only ticket you need not inform your employer is the reminders Texas gives you if your GPS knocks off your dash flicks the switches off in a kenworth & you don't turn your Clearence lights back on in say Denton.
.....hypothetically speaking..... Bounce...bounce.
You have to inform employers on regular warnings ... Not the friendly reminders. They have to sign a copy along with your signed copy within somin like 30days. One thing good about ole texas wish more states would participate in that type of deal. -
Better to inform them and be safe than to hide it,have them find out about it anyway, and have it come back to bite Ya on the ### down the line,at least IMHO.

If company driver, call safety...

In mn a mnpass (our version) or 2 people gets anyone semi included into the nutter lane.

Only a company gets CSA points, not the driver. Drivers do not have a CSA score.
