Best advice I can give ya is keep the overhead run. You'd be suprised how many o/o's is see that don't have a clue how rough that kitty is running, and when she's tuned up how much better she runs.
As far as other mods, I know there are some, but I'm not sure what they are. There are a couple of fellers on here that know more about that stuff than I do! -
"Yup" Like Pete-Tech said ,I went and got my overhead done on my '04' C 15 acert and believe it or not I gained 1/4 to almost a 1/2 a mile per gallon I average about 3100 miles a week so it made a big difference , also what i also did is i changed my factory mufflers to some DYNAFLEX free flow mufflers, that also helped my MPG'S and made the engine sound healthier. And keep it at 1500 RPM all day long.

No such thing as free power, you can by pass the wategate and gain a few lbs of boost.
You can also drill the lil "restrictor" in the fuel transfer pump out, but neither of these really give you any power. -
Sorry for the silly question, but what exactly is "running an overhead?" I have heard this several times, but haven't figured out what it is yet.

Its a valve and injector adjustment.
