Good thing I thru in some Peak Anti-Gel Additive (That's the only kind I buy) to the tanks yesterday.....running thru SE Missouri on I-55 early this morning and the temp outside read -17 !

 

Ran Memphis, Indiana down to Charlotte today. Coldest reading was -6 in Northern Kentucky. Kentucky looked like Quebec today.

 

I was suppose to be home last week but of course got offered a run out west and decided to take it. The only snow I've seen is on mtn tops. It usually doesn't work out like this but I will take it. Be careful out there guys.

 

My run out west and back this winter was dry and warm. Go figure.

 

A lot of grumbling from the ski and snowmobile crowd in UUtah.People should have went to Wisc.

According to Crete's website they are starting up the Southeast regional fleet again. Anyone here on it?

 

After weeks of great loads and great miles, I have finally been gotten. Last week (and earlier weeks) I had 3 or four loads and totaled up 2700 or more miles...this week, I am now on load #6 and have amassed only 1775 miles. Not to mention the last 3 loads were slogging around in the snow...including the nice storm through OH, KY, VA, WV a couple nights ago....tried to find a place to park at the Beckley Service Plaza...no way...trucks parked everywhere and some stuck in the aisles...what a cluster. I was lucky to find a way out and ended up parking in that Mandatory Truck Stop on I-64 East atop Sandstone Mountain. You know, the one that has the "No overnight parking" signs...

Just got out of a backup on the PA turnpike near Somerset (Westbound) after a wreck including at least 5 trucks and 6 cars....A white out during a snow squall caused it...My delivery was supposed to be tonight in Wintersville (Walmart), but the delay ran me out of hours (14 hr clock), so I am sitting at the service plaza near exit 75 on the turnpike. I can deliver tomorrow...it's a drop and hook there.
