Hehe, you were never really good at that whole, *mocks person under your breathe* "what did you say? " Oh I said that sounds like a great idea! Game were you?
-
Look it not personal to me close this thread if you want, I actually understand when I see the children come straight out to stir it up, so by all means board it up.

I'm actually really difficult to upset. I thought your previously edited post was pretty funny. And for O.P, I don't know you either, but you don't seem like a bad guy and I would never intentionally try to get a thread closed, and as for the last words directly related to my previous post it wouldn't have gotten closed if another unnamed poster had not posted on previous post. That is now closed. But w.h.o I did find your post humerous. And once again thank you O.P for your advice.

Like I said, I wasn't trying to get it shut down, and like I stated in my previous reply to this post I enjoyed his comment, I thought it was funny, I was joking back to him like I thought he was to me. I haven't stated any names or user names besides ones on this post. My apologies for upsetting you if that is indeed the case. I thought me and w.h.o were having fun. I'll kindly remove myself from this post now to keep any friendly posts/advice from being locked/closed. -
Best bet is to pay it and forget it.kbowers Thanks this.

The fact is, mistakes happen, whether your a rookie or a experienced hand. I don't think it's necessary for everyone to jump on that member.
kbowers Thanks this. -
Good point.
Is it possible that there's actually no law or ordnance prohibiting parking where the OP parked, --- and the officer who wrote the citation made a mistake? If it was written in error, and the fine is paid, would the courts understand and return the funds wrongfully gained? Or just keep the money, not knowing the citation was bogus because no one inquired and/or informed the court of the mistake?
I once received a parking ticket written by a street sweeper driver, who wrote six tickets to cars parked in his way. I questioned the legality of that practice. Appeared in court, plead not guilty, set a court date and paid the fine. Went back to court on the date set, --- when my name was called I stood up. The judge then informed me that the citation and fine were dismissed and to expect a refund check for the fine I'd already paid. The other five cars that were ticketed just paid the fine, --- eighty some-odd bucks, (times five). Over $400.00 dollars the courts kept, --- due to the court's ignorance. Quite a racket, --- easy money gained illegally."Everyone"?
Hmmmmmm ------
Did "everyone" do that?
