I had to go to a shop today (dealer) and I told them that yesterday road squad came to do something on the truck and the mechanic said "TA is crap, they are only good for 2 things 1 is T and A, and the other is oil changes, and they aren't good at them"

    is he telling the truth?

I had an oil change at the TA Morris once and they forgot to tighten up my oil filter so I leaked oil for a few states so that's just 1 bad experience I had

is this a common problem or was he just running his mouth?

I recently had a flat repaired. It had a couple nails that didn't go all the way through and one that did. The one that went all the way through they couldn't pull it out with the pliers they were using (that didn't connect all the way to the tip). I got my decent pair of needle nose out of the truck, and pulled it right out for them.

I had another flat changed on the trailer. After the tire was on the trailer I double checked the pressure before leaving the TA. 70psi was what they sent me out of the bay with. He claimed the auto pressure setting was bad and had done that before. But he didn't bother to check the pressure before telling me it was done. So then he overinflated the tire to about 120 COLD, and I had to bleed it off while he looked on.

The moral? Double check and verify ALL work done on your truck (or auto) as much as possible no matter WHO does the work!! Even the good ones sometimes make mistakes.

    T/A has gone to hell
Restaurants are now closed at night or early when I need them
and the /shop and facilities are now worthless to me..Sad to see the old red/white/blue of the union76 die.

that's because it costs money to operate the restaurants at night, if there isn't a demand there is no point in being open

they won't be open to make YOU happy.

Restaurant not open when I need it = I find somewhere else that is, you now lost my fuel purchase and whatever else I may have bought there.

TA road squad is a waste of time and money. You might as well hire a retarded monkey instead.
