I wasn't offered any benefits.I know it can be a long process with FedEx,my issue was the contractor who didn't even start my file and 4 days had passed.Did'nt answer my emails or return my calls. So now they're updating their ad daily.I told them if you wanna find a driver then you show respect by keeping them posted as to whats going on and start their file right away.

Let me know how it goes.Does'nt sound too bad.Id rather work for a company like what you'll be doing then one single person.

FedEx is huge,I get lost shuffling thru all their divisions. But they do have my application.JReding Thanks this.

Did ya take your doubles test yet?I did the day I had my second interview before I decided not to take the job.I failed the test of course probably would have helped if I at least skimmed thru the chapter, lol.
X-Country Thanks this. -
You should be able to pass that test even without reading the chapter........lol
Do it once and be done with it....X-Country Thanks this. -
Yep. took it this afternoon and passed on the first try. I read the chapter last Thursday, then skimmed it over the weekend, then re-read it again before I went to take the test today.
Got a 16/20. I had 4 questions to go and couldnt miss anymore because I had already missed my 4.. I was sweating a bit, but I came through in the clutch. haha.
on top of that, I took it while being sick with pneumonia. fun stuff. Then I got to go sit in the urgent care clinic for 3 hours and get prescriptions and go home and try to find a parking spot near the apartment (which i got lucky on). -
didnt read all the replies....miss patty got onto me for not keeping up in here.....

Patience is a virtual.Looks like I may be driving for this petroleum company.I only applied a month or so ago.I forgot all about them.Tthey called this morning and wanted me to come down and sign a psp release form.He did a check on my MVR and that's clear.Told him see I told you it was perfect, lol.Anyway they require 2 yrs exp and reason its taken so long is he's waiting to hear back from some of the places ive worked so it adds up to 2 yrs. This job couldn't have come soon enough.Bills are 2 months past due.Since my dad hit big at hard rock im going to see if he will loan me money for my car payment and phone bill.
X-Country, Giggles the Original and JReding Thank this. -
If that's the case, congratulations...[emoji4]pattyj Thanks this.

Thank you much.Just got back from the company. He told me what they do where they run all that fun stuff. Now I go for my physical hopefully Monday it all depends when the medical office can get me in.I will be taking my drug test at the company rather then the medical office because I guess they have this habit of not sending the specimen out right away but leaves it in their fridge for days.I asked him why he hired me knowing I have a bad work history.Everyone deserves chances and I need the drivers bad, lol. He has 11 empty trks ten once I start working
KW Cajun and Giggles the Original Thank this.
