2 yrs exp.(perferred) is req per their web site.

 

ahhh,ok your right on,that very thing was just explained to me by my trainer.looks like ill be an xtra board driver,but i might cover a hub run and work the dock for 4 hrs as a linehaul drvr and be home daily til a run comes up.when the hos rule change they hv pleanty of sat. work too.

 

its not bad,my big gripe is lousy equipt.but new tractors are coming in all the time and as a linehaul driver one should have my name on it.you know how it goes,some days i wanna get in my pickup and drive home and say f'it for various reasons,but ill stick it out.ill be happy when im assigned a truck with a fully functional heating system,lol..52 cpm and 22.90 phr for the dock not to bad for a new driver,hopefully a bid will come up soon.
the website says by the end of 2015 40% of all tractors will be 2 yrs old or newer.i know that the junk they put in the road cost them alot of drivers from what ive seen and heard.
