I believe my opinion and yours differs greatly based upon my experiences and yours dear dispatcher. No my claims are not false, because I have had issues of the such.
Maybe you can explain why if I deliver a load at 0700, I wait 5 hours to get a load deadhead of 300 miles and am given about a 10 minute leeway to get into shipper?
Your company is a business, and that means it should take care of the employees before itself. Not itself and ignore the employees; you notice all the new people coming through BTC and the old ones leaving?

And yes, I have noticed the new drivers coming in. But on the other hand, we also have plenty of drivers who have been with the company 5, 7, 10 years or more. You had a bad experience with Builder's, and I'm sorry about that (for whatever an apology is worth, but I am sincere at least).
Finally, I only get to play big time dispatcher part time. I still have to play in traffic on a regular basis as well. And I freely admit to being a Builder's cheerleader, but that is only because the company has treated me really well, and done everything within reason (and sometimes beyond reason) to keep me happy as a driver. Not every company is a good fit for every driver. Builder's fits me as a driver very well. We didn't fit you. I do hope you find a company that fits you as well as Builder's fits me. -
Well said Brsims. I have had nothing but great experiences with this company as well. Even reading posts about BTC for the last 4 years, I have never read anything along the lines of what shadow there is saying. I definitely haven't heard anything like that coming from any of the other drivers. Sounds to me like someone might have a bit of a vendetta for something...man I don't know. The only time that I ever had to sit that long after emptying was when I delivered out to Odessa or Midland and had to deadhead to Houston because we don't load anything out that way...but I was paid over 3 bucks a mile on the way out there so I really didn't mind. Oh well, some folks aren't happy no matter what they are doing...you simply cant please them all man.

I agree with BRSIMS said, however Mark; I just got my DAC and MVR records after I'd failed to get into Pickle Transport. Care to explain why PICKLE transport denied me?
The reason is simple, BTC said something quite internal to pickles transport , as some companies communicate that way. I will keep trucking, and I will one day explain something kindly to the pickles, lol! -

Same here Shadow. I speak with the director of safety there just about every day. If something is there that shouldnt be, we might be able to get it retracted man.
-
I appreciate both of you. I've met you both in person, but the director of safety is the issue...or has been with me.
-
Even if there is an issue between you and the Director, if we are in the wrong we will try to correct it. Just let us know.
-
A little off topic, does BTC provide training for drivers without flatbed exp? I've been thinking about switching to FB.

You need 3 months experience with them. But again, if you can... Go to con-way, or Boyd
