Sorry but you are wrong, we have unlimited medical coverage for accidents here unlike other states which have a cap, people with on going injuries from accidents can get treatment long after others in other states are refused treatment. Putting a cap on it may lower the insurance but it will screw everyone by doing so.

Yes I know what is and I still don't like it. They need to cap it or make two policies, those who want no-fault can pay more, and others can pay less if they want. No reason to be paying $120+ for car insurance, If you're young and not using parents insurance it's going to run you near or over $300 a month. That's a car payment, no reason for insurance to be that high.

We bailed out of Tennessee and moved to Nevada; cheap living there plus no personal income taxes. Excellent year round weather in Las Vegas area also. Wife didn't want to move, so I said, "Don't worry, I'll write often and call regularly.."

LOL, I wouldn't mind eventually moving to Corpus Christi, TX or somewhere else warmer like Nevada eventually. Is the sales tax really high there to make up for no income taxes?

If your household income is 85 grand and you can't save money, then you have some serious money management issues all revolving around very very bad decision making. There is absolutely no excuse for that. Well maybe one, an elderly parent, or disabled child that creates fifty thousand a year in medical bills. But short of that, no excuses.

    Just wow.

Most groceries aren't taxed. Property taxes, in my opinion, are reasonable. We live in Henderson, Seven Hills which is 10 minute drive to the Las Vegas Strip. Look at city-data.com and Redfin.com and propertyvegas.com for information on any area of the USA you are interested in. We used those three websites when researching where to relocate.

You have no clue as to what goes on in my life. So don't assume you do. Most people think 85 grand is a lot of money. It isn't. With this economy and inflation, soon to be hyper inflation, buying food, gas, utilities, house and car notes between two people is very expensive. Throw in 6 animals who all need vet care, what you're left with is enough to scrape by on.

I've got 4 big dogs. Just feeding them is a paycheck in itself lol then throw in the vet too, if you take them like you're supposed to and not just when something is wrong. They're worth it though. I never have to worry about the wife while I'm gone. Nobody would dare approach the house.

Celadon is the only one I've seen so far. I'm not sure which companies your looking at, I've researched plenty where this isn't a requirement. Generally your out 6 weeks with a trainer and then cut loose on your own. I wouldn't even think about a career in driving if everyone did this.

Look at Prime, Roehl, Tmc, Millis, Maverick, bunches more.

Exactly. I have two dogs and 5 cats. When you take in cats or dogs off the street, you have to get them to a vet for spay/neuter, de-worming, all the shots etc. Some times they have fleas which infest your house. So now you have to get the house cleared. Then, because the animals lick themselves, they eat the fleas and get worms. Now you have to de-worm all your animals and hope the fleas are gone. If not, you get caught in a cycle of treating the home for fleas (not cheap), and the animals for worms (definitely not cheap). Then they have allergies which makes them itch to the point of hair loss and rug burns. Which means then you have to take them to a specialist to test what they are allergic to and create a serum for them based on the results (at $2,000 a pop). I take responsibility for being broke but that's the price a person pays for doing the right thing by Gods innocent babies. We would be doing great if we didn't have the animals. 5 grand would be a drop in the bucket. But as it stands, we took them in and it's our responsibility to care for them and give them the best life we can afford. Needless to say, we can't afford any more! Oh yeah, then your 2008 truck decides to blow a cylinder. And the clutch on your other newer vehicle needs replacing. Brakes, oil changes, and a new set of tires for wife's truck because she never rotated her tires. Life. What a beach.
