cited for anything related to the accident beyond ( I assume) failure to control? And while he didnt injure anybody there was damage to his car and the pole.
From what you have shared he is facing an uphill battle IMO. Accident where he failed to control, two speeding tickets in the same month, all within the past 3 years. Seems to suggest he isnt a driver with safety on his mind.
Most companies ask about 3,5 or 7 years of previous driving history. whether any points are currently on a license is largely irrelevant. This is, in part, to make sure he is insurable as cheaply as possible by the company and is a reflection of what they might expect from him as a driver . On paper , he doesnt look as good as some others might. Thats the first hurdle.
I suggest taking his time and do extensive research for places. In the meantime, make soem better choices in his car.
Good luck to you both.KW Cajun and mickimause Thank this. -

this place is a great resource. Use it to your advantage. Tons of folks willing to help. Just be honest about things and dont sweat the naysayers. Look into the "questions from new drivers" forum as well as the "experienced drivers" forum.
It can be a lot to take in and wade through but its worth it drawing on others experience and advice.mickimause Thanks this. -
