No his was a def truck with a dpf filter also. They have both. Personally ive driven trucks and they have been good down to -40, never had a problem. But yea if you do have a heater failure then your def fluid is going to freeze and your going to have some problems lolrank Thanks this.

Yes it makes sense, I have been around enough of them just never anyone with the jeeps or boosters etc... I was almost 100% sure you couldn't detach the neck without being hooked to the trailer.. Figured it would have had to be attached.. Just wasn't sure if people had ways of doing it with the trucks they are driving..nate980 Thanks this.

HH. Where you at son!!!!!!!!Arkansas Frost Thanks this. -
I took a load to Wisconsin early February. Temps were at -19. Was in Wisconsin last week, and the temps didn't get below +10. HH stated that they had other heavy loads that they wanted him to pull across the ice. Think he said 9 loads. I'm thinking, "Dude, you got a week and a half two weeks max and the ice will be at a point to where it's not going to hold a heavy load anymore. Can he move 9 loads in 2 weeks across weakening ice? Can you say "Pucker Factor Times 10?"Arkansas Frost and peterbilt_2005 Thank this.

I know Tuesday they were still delayed because of the weather.

Also didn't he say. Speed limit was 15mph and the hammer lane was 37 mph?
Holy pucker Batman!!!! -
No it's been done. It's what happens on a mechanical RGN when he (who shall remain nameless) *thinks* he has the neck pinned to the trailer, uncouples the fifth wheel and drives away.
You need a forklift for that too.
LoneCowboy Thanks this.
