Always two sides to every story. There is a possibility the chick didn't like this guys politics, outlook on life, way he smelled or just didn't like the cut of his jib. Found an easy way to get him out of the truck and possibly file a lawsuit against him and/or the company. Some people are just plain evil. Or maybe it's true. I don't trust anything the news posts. Could have been a fake story set up by someone in Prime to start a new policy of no male/female trainer/trainees. The higher ups wanted it while middle management didn't or vice versa. And this would be an easy way to push their agenda. Just saying.

 

From my experience ( I've seen it happen) Prime DOES have CoEd training.
They may have changed this in recent weeks but last time I checked they do allow it.

Some of them will play that card the first chance they get when things don't go their way. It's your word against hers, and the bottomfeeder is automatically going to do the politically correct thing and throw the driver under the bus. Can't blame Prime for killing three birds with 1 stone.

Do they really need prime for fake stories? Seems they're doing ok on their own.

 

Schneider allows male trainers with female employees, but there's an agreement you have to sign, a bunch of rules, and no spending the night in the truck together -- someone stays in a hotel.

I am a trainer at prime and they have no policy that prevents women from being trained by males..... they used to but lost a lawsuit over it for sexual discrimination now it is the trainers choice on who he or she wants to train

 

Don't blame it on the men. Women scream harassment and discrimination when it doesn't go their way. If I were a trainer there is no way in hell I'd train a woman in those circumstances. It is just to risky a situation for a man.
