Don't think I was ever there. Do you remember The Grotto on Adams Street? When I was a kid, it was the best pizza in Bethlehem. If I remember, I think it was kind of in a basement, was dark, and had a really neat kind of atmosphere.

I got a pretty good weekend run. Picked up in Strasburg, VA with 3 stops. Ending in Hopkins, MN Tuesday morning. That first drop at 1am in the morning was fun. I'm heading to my 2nd drop in Cedar Falls, IA. It's at 1pm. Interesting scheduling on this one.

4402 miles last week. Maryland to Washington, Oregon to Idaho and then down to Cali. It was a good week (except for the snow and ice and wrecks.

Kicked off the last of my 3 stops this morning. Stopped by the Eagan yard to drop off some paperwork and grab a loaded trailer heading for Front Royal, VA for the 5th. Pretty good snow storm hit the Twin Cities as I was heading to my delivery. 494 was interesting. 4 wheelers sliding all over the place.

It's almost over. Pretty soon the snow will be gone and the Mosquitos will be back!

Man, I'm tired of winter. Kicked off my load in Front Royal and headed to the Toms Brook pilot, snowing big time. Got into a parking spot and watched as everyone seemed to get stuck in the parking lot. I grabbed a preloaded trailer in Front Royal and delivered it this morning in Semla, NC

Best Equipment I ever drove. They treated me very well in orientation and put me in a brand new Freightliner. They rotate both their tractors and trailers every three years and have excellent equipment. They are governed at 67 on cruise. Unfortunately they did not disclose they do not pay delay pay and first run out I had to wait two additional nights to deliver. Second trip was equally disappointing in delay to deliver. In 7 days only got about 1900 paid miles. Maybe if they had disclosed more openly their dispatch and compensation methods I might have stayed but my trust level is very low having been burned many times this past year.
