Our class action suit against US express, HA. 20.75 for me

    We took US Express to court a couple of years back for unfair hiring practices. Who new 77,000 plus would also sign on and we each walked away with 20.75. Now it wasn't about the money. The only ones that get rich are the lawyers. It was about how they lie, cheated and screwed their way so far up your ### they knew everything about you. Then they made their own DAC reports so you could not get hired anywhere. Well together we stopped that and I want to thank all the other drivers. Of course they settle without admitting guilt, go figure yet the had to come up with 2 million dollars and that's good to watch.

    A fun check to have. Now drivers cash the #### check so we can at least get one meal and take that 2 million to the bank:biggrin_255:

    US xpress and though it's always a drop and the bucket when a large carrier has to pay, it's always nice to know that they had to stop their illegal ways and pay out of their pocket.

    i just got a check for 20.75.one time i got one for a few hundred and also another for 20.00 or so.who the carriers were i dont recall and i never worked for them either,lol.

    That's the best way to straighten a company out, cause if they payout and keep doing business as usual then you can really nail them to the wall. I know one company(non-trucking) got sued for around 2-3million, they paid cleaned up for about 6-12 months and went right back to doing their dirty business then they got hit for 80 million...ouch!

    I didn't get mine yet....2013 i got over $200 from crst....it pays to apply i never work for these company's...i also got $8.79 from turbo tax this year ..and $55.oo from progressive insurance a few years ago $1.38 from capital one..is their any honest businesses out their...??????????
