    What states do I need to increase my weights in to be able to get oversized permits ?

    it only cost about $200 extra to register for weight,

    IA 132,000, ID 105,500, KS 85,500, LA 88,000, MI 150,000, MN 132,000, MT 132,000 , ND 105,500, NE 94,000, OK 90,000, OR 105,500, WA 105,500

    IN some states with heavy registered weight an over weight permit is not required,

    Thanks alot. I thought those were the states I needed but just wanted to double check. Been working the oilfield in ND for the last 5 years and have a tendency to forget things as I get more mature. Hate to say the word old. Lol

    Yeah but in Montana you will still need overweight permits if your axle weights are over. Even if your under gross. So if you register for 132k but you gross 100k and you need to run 40k on a tandem you need an overweight permits.
