What I can tell you that will help narrow down the possible start date a bit is this. Orientation will always begin on a Monday (possibly even Tuesday if a very small class) at the start of a new pay period. Tomorrow, Monday March 9th, is the first weekday of a new pay period. Pay periods run for two weeks, beginning on a Saturday and end on a Friday. There is orientation scheduled at a few DC's beginning tomorrow. So, what this means is that in the coming months your possible orientation start date could be April 6th, April 20th, May 4th, May18th, etc. I excluded March 23rd from the list because based on where you are in the process, it will not be possible to be scheduled for orientation that soon.Buzzard2157 and noninetofive Thank this. -

They are looking for eight more drivers in Raymond, NH ... Start out there to get your foot in the door, and then transfer to where you *really* wanna be after a year!!!

Orientation started in Buckeye today. Rick took our son with him this week, as it is Spring Break. Our son is having a blast as always. The nice thing about orientation, is the food.
They had great sandwiches today. The 5 million mile safety BBQ is this week also, so more great food for my two working men.
Congrats to those starting in Buckeye. Don't let it overwhelm you. It will all come together quickly enough.Buzzard2157 and TomOfTx Thank this. -
/\/\/\ Ahhhhh, so that's what he was talking about! Brian is in Week #2 with his Mentor. When they stopped for the night, he called me as he always does. Chattered happily away about BBQ at the DC today, and said there will be one tomorrow as well. Gloria, that must be the 5 Million Mile Safety BBQ that you're talking about. He was absolutely delighted, LOL -- had steak, chicken, baked beans and potato salad. Happy as a pig in poop!!!

Make sure he didn't order his uniform shirts smaller expecting to loose weight working here!
Buzzard2157 Thanks this. -
The thresholds are different with different DC's. But yes, the 5 mil BBQ is a good one. Our son is very excited (goodness knows he can eat plenty). I sewed his WM patches on his shirt yesterday.
He has gone quite a few times with Rick. It is funny, because he says it is like camping. LOL Rick is like, "oh yeah, it sure is like camping all right."Buzzard2157 Thanks this. -
