No sir. Either my eyes or my fingers got crossed up. I am an old man and sometimes that happens. lol Back up the thread some one was stating how important that 3 ft. bs was and that is what I was referring to. Have a good day, sir.

3ft bs lol.Same as 18ft myth eh..lol

I ran the 2 pill with the 2879 finals for about a year. Fantastic little box. Unfortunately, Fatboy does not put a fan on these models and it does get HOT (too hot to touch!). The heat caused some problems and I moved up to the 3 pill with fan. Initial cost a little more but no repair shop time fixing heat related problems. If the Dave Made comes with a fan it would probably do what you wanted.

I love my Texas Star 500V

The link you posted is blank, but I clicked the "amplifier" button and see those Alpha Box's which are all HAM Amp's...They may or may-not need converting, I have no idea, (never used one) If they cover 10 Meter, I would "assume" they would work on 11 Meter as long as they are tune-able... The Texas Star box's don't have a tuning knob, which is why they need to be converted...Most places that sell the Texas Star's will do the conversion for you tho.

The 9500 doesn't need a conversion but if you are going to spend 7k on an amp, you should get a custom one.
jessejamesdallas Thanks this. -
No way in hell I would spend anywhere near that for a 1500w Amp for CB...

Me neither but the 9500 is a nice amp.
