Pedricktown is actually better than the old Paulsboro terminal at the Dana tankwash. Its just a few miles south on that same road at a smaller tank wash. Not a bad place to spend the night. Quiet and the people who run the tank wash are much better.

They used to have some fishing rods in the tankwash office you could borrow and go fishing with at the river. They weren't there last time I was there. I guess they grew legs. You know you can't have anything nice if truck drivers are involved.

It would have to be catch and release. I wouldn't eat fish from a river right next to a tank wash. They had a nice little dock with a place for a bonfire and a few lounge chairs down by the river there.

Yeah, I don't think I would eat a fish out of a river anywhere in New Jersey lol

There's a rowboat at that little dock, too. I've never had enough time there to see if I could take it out in the marshes, but it's a nice idea.

It's an ok spot. I've been to that Dana yard in Paulsboro before and it is a mess. Not to hijack your thread but I've been doing well for myself here. They have me running and making money. I'm impressed with all of the ways to earn your money here (i.e. dispatch delays, demurrage, fueling, etc) They seem interested in making it worth your while to invest your time working. If a complaint had to be made it would lie with the ProStar. Zip in the power department and it rides like a tilt-a-whirl. I know they are getting rid of them, so I just plug away and rack up the miles. Sorry for the winded post on your thread. I figured a new guys take would be nice for anyone thinking about working here. I know this thread helped me decide to come on over. Thanks for taking the time to make it.

I think it might be terminal specific for fuel pay. I know I don't, but I've had consistent 30+ hours of miscellaneous pay the last few paychecks so I'm not complaining.
