I'm baaaaaack!!!!!!!!

Got a tv to put on the mount in the sleeper. Problem is if I'm lying on the bunk it's hard to make out the pic even with the screen angled all the way down. Solution: just sit up when watching tv. Had to buy a few tools to get it installed, but these were things I was going to get anyway. I don't have any use for a full tool kit as Penske won't let me do my own reoairs anyway. Just a stubby socket set and some Torx bits for my rachety screwdriver. For stupid little things like the fuse panel in the dash or stuff like that.

Now that I have a tv/dvd player installed I don't really need the old laptop any more (it was primarily used to watch movies). Thinking about selling it. It was over $700 new but that's irrelevant now. Maybe I can get a hundred bucks or so out of it.

Deb has her Windows notebook and we both have smart phones. Don't really need a laptop too.

 

We run Midwest to SE and upstate NY as well as Dallas TX area. So like, half the country regional. East of I35.

 

Called doctor's office last week to cancel my appointment for Tues. This morning at 0430 I get a reminder email about my appointment and I can't call them because it's the weekend. Now I have to call first thing Monday and argue with them about their 24hr notice requirement because the person I spoke to didn't do their job. If I lose the arguement I get to pay a missed appointment fee.

I really, REALLY hate people who lack diligence.

 

Errkkk, DC. Actually we don't get that way much but stay tuned; I usually let everybody know where I'm sitting if I have any time at all. Right now im in York but gonna sleep and scram.

 

I'll take yer word for it. I've never gotten around DC quickly; it's like Atlanta. But further north. And with more politicians.

 

On the road to Bluffton IN. Delivery appt is 2100 at a Kroger warehouse. I hate those things. Am told they have a staging area where I can wait out my break so no worries. I'll be several hours early--gotta find a movie or something to watch. Looks like we're cooking in the truck tonight.
