Later this year or march of next year after things start to pick up, i will be purchasing a tractor and the two companies i am interested in are Landstar and Roadrunner throughout my 33 year career it's been reefers and vans so i want to get into step decks and later heavy haul i am looking forward to the challenge, so what is the earning potential and when does things start to slow down besides the beginning of the year any help will be appreciated thanks !!

I have heard good things about both companies, Landstar is much larger vs Road runner but the person I know that used to drive for road runner said that they're lease purchase deal is for real and the most legit one that he has seen from any trucking company that offers them, he currently has his own authority now but he had nothing but good things to say about his experience with road runner.
