I totally predicted that.
I mean they cannot let a truck be involved in an accident and it NOT somehow come back on the trucker. Three cars could pull into every lane in front of the trucker and slam on their brakes and that would still be the drivers fault. Plus now that they have ticketed him they can more forcefully sue the insurance companies. -
Fiasco is right, a train wreck without the rails. Do you suppose that driver is having fun, yet?

I think locomotives just got way more expensive to move

Small locomotives are usually moved on a lowboy trailer, the 'road' locomotives can be shipped on the rails like a regular railcar, except if the wheelbearings are not up to AAR spec for interchange service. Then it could be hauled by truck. Shipping by truck is also an option if time is a factor. This kind of freight demands a high price! Tried to find more info about this accident, but failed.
