Stay at the job at least a year! Better yet, see if your company offers OTR positions and go that route to finish your year up. Once you have a year of continuous employment and keep a clean driving record, the jobs will be more plentiful and easier to obtain. I would then look at Boyd Bros Flatbed operations to go to work for to learn flatbedding. They have a good reputation and haul just about everything that can go on a flatbed so you will learn to tarp, chain and strap properly.
