Winnemucca, NV to Minneapolis. 1670 miles in 26 hours. The only things that stopped me were my bladder and coffee cup. I'd empty one and fill the other and as the trip went by I had to concentrate to make sure I didn't mix 'em up!

Loaded with oranges in small co-op Fillmore CA late at night.Super cool shipper.Gave me whole box of fruits to take home.
Drove little bit, parked on the side somewhere on the shoulder before Victorville.Woked up 9 am and run straight to Lemont IL.
Arrived 10 pm next day.So about 35 hours (we ran thru Salt Lake and WY).
Tried to help guy who shut truck off on fuel island in Omaha Flying J,couldn't started again but no luck.
Midwest cold like a..(that kept me awake), snow started in Davenport.Good few inches when I was back in the yard.

Was young, dumb, stubborn.....Kids, DO NOT try that at home....closed course, professional driver.

    PS
open truck, pre EGR 500hp Cummins....

Green Bay to Rawlins(via Rapid City), next stop Vernon. You could get around 8 hours sleep in Rawlins and 8 hours in Vernon. Leave saturday noon and it cut down to 4 hours sleep each place. The safety guy(LOL)would tell you if you need more sleep get a faster truck.

I tell you when we were still together and fighting we had some mean wars.

I once told her that if there were any other guys besides me and my oldest daughters biological father that she cheated on to give me their names so we can start a club.

as much as i hate to admit it that is a mistake you only make once. mix them up in the middle of rush hour traffic and a instant vomit reaction is not a good thing. quite a bit of cleanup had to happen after that.

In the early 90's, worked for a book wholesaler in Denver. Our main DC was in Pa., so it was a drop/hook backhaul for Monfort. We came in to work Sunday night at 9pm, Monfort was just backing in, he was 7 hrs early. Asked if we could unload him, boss said maybe. About 2 am I woke him up so we could unload him. He was gone by 5 am. Following Sunday, we showed up at 9pm, Monfort trailer was dropped at the dock. Around Midnight the IT guy paged me to the lobby, same Monfort driver. Wanted to know if we could unload him. Same story, told him to open it up, we'd get to him if we could.

I asked what time he got in, he said about 4 am Sunday. Said he left Greeley Weds. about 3 am, unloaded at Hunts Point Friday morning, swapped in Cambridge Pa., Friday afternoon and rolled into Denver Sunday at 4 am. If he told the truth, he was flying.
