I saw several SNI tractors pulling HD trailers last week, seems like they were all white tractors without the road logo. I just thought it was something specific to the HD account.
Of course, it was on the turnpike through OH, so it could very well have been the same truck multiple times...

Look close and you'll see me pulling a sni trailer in about an hour.
mickimause, EggoTrucker and rickybobby Thank this. -
Could be a HD requirement for the account. Come to think of it, the previous company had only a blank bar and shield on the door.Last edited: Mar 23, 2015

im pretty sure you're correct mickyrat, the hd trailers dont have a word on them that they belong to sni. I think its part of the account details, unmarked tractors and trailers.

Silly question. But what's to keep a choice from finding his own dedicated accounts, I. E. Pulling from the same shipper and finding whatever back haul you can to get back to it? I think I read in one of your guys threads that one of you (or someone you talked to) solely ran in the state of Texas on choice. Is it even possible to do that? Or would you eventually be forced out due to cheap freight?
Just curious.

Nothing would keep you from doing that, so long as you have a back up plan ready. You never know when somebody else will decide they like the same loads you do. I think from what I've seen it would be possible to run almost exclusively in TX. I've looked at loads going down there, and trying to find back hauls out there is a ton of tx to tx freight. Just hard to find good paying freight back out of TX.unloader Thanks this.
