I've been working with Titan for almost a year. I've got a very good driver manager, a fairly good truck, & pretty decent pay & benee's there. I recommend them to anyone looking for a good company. Titan is top notch in my book.

In my opinion, they truly care about their drivers at Titan. My driver manager is one of the few best managers I've ever had. Like I said, the few. Their pay isn't to bad (maybe not the best). I started out at .39-.40 com, & now I'm to about .43 cpm. They get u home every weekend. Although myself I would probably opt for longer time out. But, that's just me. No forced dispatch to NYC, or Canada. I opted for No NYC, but I did volunteer for longer runs & Canada. U can choose either Flatbed or Van. And Titan is steadily growing. The only thing I don't like about Titan is the limited fuel stops. Which, I understand their reasons, but it does make it awkward for the driver sometimes. They have good equipment (tractors & trailers). Sometimes I might end up with a trailer that is problematic, but that isn't too often.

Hey all. I am a paramedic looking to get out onto the road and get paid for doing that. Trucking is something I have thought about doing. I have my CDL but still only a greenhorn. Being a paramedic, I have to have a polished driving record. So that won't be a problem. Get me the down load on why you think that Titan is a good company and will they start a newbie out? Thanks.

Well, lets see, ive been on and off this site many times and is easy to spot what looks like a recruiter spewing all the best of the best!!!
Im only interested to know the real deal about TITAN.

We drivers cant afford to just go out to an orientation just to be sent home 2 days later because some "recruiter" wants to kepp his job.
I've seen the downfall of many companies and their "cheesy" reasons to fire you. Many because of off duty incidents as well.

The best advice to offer is to find an OTR job in your HOMESTATE!!! Your at their mercy UNLESS they are reputable......
Thats' why Im looking into them as well as NAGLECOMPANIES.....

Please update and hopefully from not just "Bobtail members"

    Thank you
