Is there any state, that does not require 1 year regular DL experience to apply for CDL?
I want to hire a friend from Europe, he has 10 years experience driving trucks in Europe.
He won a Green Card, and moving to US.
And I am trying to find a right school and right state to get CDL within 1-3 month.
State to get CDL without 1 year regular DL experience?

i hear the DMV in Illinois, specifically Chicago can hook ya up. all it takes is a pulse and cash, knowledge of English, or how a shower works not required.
bzinger and Anthony MD Thank this. -
Check with the DMV, they can tell you if your state acknowledge the country he is coming from and if they have an agreement to honor each others drivers license, most states do for a regular license but not for truck, then he has to follow their guidelines.
Tell him to also bring any documentation for any insurance policies
he has had in able to prove that he has had a license and has been insured that can give him a better rate on his new insurance he would need for his personal vehicle when he gets there. -
try missouri , theres a school in springfield that teaches fuel island parking .

I don't know about all this "one year drivers license" hocus pocus, but I do know kittens are adorable and fluffy.
