How to bring truck home?

7 pages, whew...I learned many moons ago that when you need answers to call the source directly and always get a name.....For the fed regs, call them directly and ask....Explain exactly what you're looking to do and let them tell you the law and what you need to get/do to be in compliance.....Same thing applies to the State(s).....If they can't answer for sure ask for someone who can......Different circumstances will command different responses, but get it straight from the horse's mouth, not "well my buddy said", etc....Just my 2 cents.......
