    Don't all starter companies pay slave wages?People have to start somewhere to get the exp.Like I said its not so much the low wages but the sitting more then anything.If companies would keep drivers running at a consistant pace then the 26 cpm wouldn't be such an issue.

    The first load I booked paid me 3.67 for 84 miles and im on my second run that's 300 miles at 2.27 so there is plenty of cash just gotta be smart on where to run

    There was a guy in my train the trainer class made 41cpm practical miles doesn't have to pay the student he worked for Eagle out of Tucson AZ he only got that wage though bc he had 10 yrs exp

    Your right,starter companies pay less ...cant get around the fact there is a long line of newbies waiting to fill the seats..So until the stack of apps dries out, they have no reason to pay better..

    41cpm as a trainer there your earning potential is 100k a year real world maybe 70-80k AND THAT'S WHY PPL TRAIN

    Which I don't see it ever happening.I just wish newbies and ppl getting ready to attend school were informed about the industry.But unfortunately the recruiters get to them before drivers that's been down that road does.
