So how would drivers be able to fix this problem ?

 

I guess it's good to own 4 thousand trucks and just go through drivers and get rich.

 

They're more honest then recruiters.But most that come into this industry know nothing about this or any trucking forums so therefore recruiters have the upper hand.Can u imagine if all the newbies asked drivers first, how much carriers would be hurten for drivers.I don't see any of the mega carriers hurten because they all have more freight then drivers.But if most them newbies did their research companies would have no choice but to revamp their entire operation.

 

So me taking home 1200 after taxes is not enough, but splitting 2280 before taxes is?

 

Mega companies I don't think there is even one honest recruiter they have it all memorized word for word.They say what drivers wanna hear.Then every now and again you get a potential driver that's alittle smarter then they are and that's when recruiters will dance around the question.

 

thats odd, your first post in this exact thread says otherwise. Maybe you should drop the act and stop complaining in every single post and just drive. You trash talk every large carrier, but apparently, those are the only places you'll work. It's your fault you hate your job.

and for the record, I'll gladly take home 1200 a week after taxes. You and I both know you're not even touching that at Prime. You even said so yourself.

 

Bobtail Barry made the mistake of not leasing with CR England, he'd be much better off going that route.
