Werner Enterprises. Why.. The truth.

not really considering and i know from experience that werner will tell you that you will start out at .32 cpm....only find out later that because you become a trainer that you actually only making .29 cpm then to come find out that someone in the offices decides that one doesn't have enough experience (10 years by the way) and drops pay down to .26 cpm.....

talk about being shady yep......but once one is already caught in the web its kinda hard to get out....took me a bit to get out of that crap hole....so you know what on the sitting..etc..etc.... op has made some valid points....

but these kids coming out of school don't know any better, and once they get trained, then on their own, and then start talking to other company drivers and finding out how much they make per mile....well, their eyes open really big, and that is when the realization that one has been burnt, and by that time again too late bills still coming in and they still need to be paid so it takes awhile for a person to be able to make a transition to another company.....(Unless one already has money in the bank then one can move very easy).

PattyJ, please take a look at Conway Truckload. I've been with them 2 years, company driver and I/C, and it's been really good. If you get 0on with them, you'll get good miles and honest pay. And, if you tell them I sent you, I get $2,000!. You can expect the same if it works for you. Best.

Do I get half of that 2k,lol.Anyway I went past there yesterday and that's on the agenda for Monday,applying for a day cab position.See it has to be local because my dad needs constant care so he doesn't get sent to a nursing home.So with me days and my boyfriend nights we have that covered.

I have an interview with dr pepper in the morning and im going to put my best foot forward then head to Conway which is only a block away depending how this interview goes.
