Having a company who knows how to load plan and dispatch correctly makes a world of difference...Co's who waste hours while looking for a load after your mt typically hurt the driver's pockets.

 

Recruiter told me family insurance runs about 200 dollars a week. Add in taxes and I'm not sure 1000 dollars a week bring home is doable with this company. A friend of mine tried telling me that's what I would be bringing home approximately with the above mentioned factored in.

 

I delivered this morning in Lost Prairie, MN. Very quick unload. My next load don't pick up till 9pm this evening 50 miles down the road in St. Cloud. 3 drops staring in Little Rock and ending in Roberts, LA. Looks like I'll be burning the midnight diesel tonight!

Do you mean 200 a month? Im paying 145 a month for my family. But we are all getting laid off in May and debating on going back OTR or staying local.
