They seem like a decent company. I've always wondered what it's like working for a small company.. I wish you luck there Toolbane maybe we ll run into each other if I jump on board Lol.

How are the miles? What's orientation like? Average pay per week? Can you ask for a manual truck instead of an automatic? Looking into the in case I ever go back on the road.

Miles are good unless you don't want to work. I hear about drivers leaving because of miles which is surprising to me since I've never had a problem, then I find out they were constantly taking time off our calling in sick. Not sure how that's the companies fault? Orientation is 3 days. They buy lunch. You can ask for a manual. 80 percent of or fleet is auto because that's what everyone requests. Funny thing is I talked to a 30 year driver that got one. Boy was he mad, till he got back from his first trip. He now loves them. Mine is an auto. I love it! The new autos are way better than they used to be

That depends on you. I've got a friend just started and he's going non stop. I've had people complain they get no miles, then when I asked around they always had a rain they couldn't take that load. If you want to run we have the loads! I've never been wanting for miles. Our website gives averages for each job. Regional and otr. Go by that. Chris hummer doesn't put up with false numbers. In fact you make more than it says, but he's unwilling to play games and figure benefits as part of your pay like most places do. Want to work for a company that's treats drivers well and fairly? This is the place. Want games and bs? Go most places. Hard to find good companies! My friend that started recently was at two other companies in a year before he finally listened to me. He's happy now. Pm me if you want to talk on the phone. I'm no recruiter, just a loyal now owner op.

Trying is 30 to 40 weeks broke up in 4 sections you start at 32 cpm and goes up 02 cpm after every stage. you go out with a trainer for 8 to 10 days them 8 to 10 weeks on your own for each stage. I thought going in that the training program was too long but having gone thru it I'm glad it is the way it is you get to experience more then one trainer I had 3 and it gives you time to learn on your own at each stage too kind of the best of both worlds

    serrano18 Thanks this.
