Good. I usually stop across the street because of the their Steak Fajitas when the deli is open or the one at exit 49 for some of their picidilla or morning burritos.

Here at the PHX terminal. Look at trucks in the morning and see what I like, when I can find where they are parked. Not in the front like before. Needed scan sheets and they are getting hard to come by. All they would give me, half a pad. Other day in El Paso they had none. Sent a message this morning asking if my load would be early and within 5 mins get a message back said that could pick up any time after 1345, this from DM who said that it was from CSR. Showed up at shipper and the trailer was ready to go last night. Hate being lied to. CSR did not even check. Just told me what was on the load assignment. Tried to call shipper and only got their voice mail.

almost forgot blsqueak, the last time I was at Kenworth they told me that Cummins considers oil consumption of 1 qt/ 750 miles on their crap engines to be normal and acceptable, so one gallon each week. I really want a DD15 now more than before.

    Columbus terminal.

I went to pick up my load this morning and ended up losing the load.
My check engine light turned into a red stop engine warning, twice, this morning when I started the truck and again at the shipper.
It stayed on longer at the shipper so I called on-road.
I was only 70 miles from here so I got the load taken off me, left the mt and bobtailed here.

It turned out to be a bad connector on the low coolant sensor.

I also had the batteries checked once again.
This time the mechanic found some bad wiring at the battery shut off switch, and so he removed the switch altogether.
The batteries now retain a good charge and the truck starts much easier.
Too bad Salt Lake or TA didn't find the problem when I had it checked 2 and 3 weeks ago. All they both did was to clean the terminals.

Quality Inn, Goodyear, AZ. Saw my new truck this morning and instead of Canyon Blue, it is charcoal. Not really that bad looking. Everything out of this truck except the side box. Tomorrow bring the new one here and get everything back in.

Try a cruddy chassis with a heavy load. I've had to use some creative methods to get them to move at all a couple times. The railroad doesn't really keep them up too well. The landing gear can be almost as bad.

    Rattlebunny and OceanDan Thank this.

I ignored the pplan that came in a few hours ago.
250 miles to Parsons, WV to pick a heavy load from Kingsford bound for MI.
I hate going in and out of there.

A Mac 30 a couple hours later yielded better results.
I snagged a P&G load going to the Walmart DC in North Platte, NE. D&H on both ends with better times.
And I would much rather go to NE than to MI.
I have a wide window for pickup, so I can avoid the morning rush and still have plenty of time.
