That's funny, you worry about an overweight ticket while others have reckless driving tickets on their record.
Don't worry about 50 lbs because by the time you get 70 miles from the T/S, you would have burned more than 120 lbs of fuel.

If this isn't April fools then I just don't know what to say. You do know a scale is going to have a variance, right OP? You're talking about .15% on the axle here and under gross as well. You can't even be sure that you're overweight as that is legally within a scales tolerance level.
ETA, I am talking about federal weights and measures law, not Truckstop lawyer the DOT will give you 3% stuff.Last edited: Apr 2, 2015
