50 over is a good day.
I don't get it. I need more info. He said he was going through twelve states. Where were his tandems? Was he past bridge law on the tandems? Where was his fuel level and the next scales?

Well OK I might not go through 12 states at 87,000. I was only going through 3 and I know them well.
-
I never found out the gross weight, and other axles.
-
No wonder why you roll on goat trails
-
Brother, to call them goat trails is to insult goats.allniter, icsheeple, wore out and 1 other person Thank this.
-
It's half load season too
-
I'd hide too
-
I didn't go around any. Goat trails are my regular tour. In fact on that 84,500 load I even got inspected. No scale though. NY only has portables and they don't usually scale you unless they see your tires squatting. That's incentive to check your tire pressure.wore out, tsavory, dca and 1 other person Thank this.

2 loads right at 100k gross today. For 50 pounds I will help them pull out the portable scales and set them up.
Ran 6k over on a quad once, Did not avoid the scales except the 24 hour one. Just had to get an early start that day and take the scenic route. There are scales on this route but they just are not open at 3 am.. LOLrank Thanks this. -
I like goat trails myself.. I reffer to them as one of the varietys of scenic routes. Purpose.. for a change of pace..
rank Thanks this.
