Refresher info, please

all of the info given is correct. As far as Henderson goes, no they are not owned by prime. They are part of the advanced fleet program. Therefore, they haul prime freight but still run under their own authority.

 

yes Wil trans does their own training,they have their own school there to train their drivers.The good thing is,you dont have to drive for them when you finish.

 

Wil.-trans owns Jim palmer yes but the difference with the two is that Jim palmer drivers only drive western states pass Missouri and wil-trans runs eastern states unless ur team drivers for either company and run coast to coast

 

Do all the Prime-ish companies (O&S, Earl Henderson, Jim Palmer, etc) run neutered trucks like prime? Always been curious.

Tribe Transportation trucks governed at 70 mph. I think they changed their hiring criteria now to need 12 months experience; used to be need 3 yrs. experience.
