I'm interested in owning a half round tractor trailer....or dump truck.

I've been driving front end load trash trucks for a little over 12 years now. In those years, I decided to do something different. I took a year off & drove a bobtail dump truck hauling construction materials for a demolition/construction company. It was probably the best trucking job I've had. For financial reasons, I went back to driving in the trash industry. Now that things are more stable, I've decided I want to go back to that line of work again. The trash industry has become way too demanding & outrageous. I've heavily considered going back to work for the company I drove the dump truck for, but I really want to own my own dump truck or possibly own a half round tractor trailer. I know there is money to be made in that field. Does anyone have any suggestions or things I should consider? I live in the Houston Tx area.......where there's ALWAYS some kind of project going on.
