Arrest record and getting hired?

take it from a xconvict you are ok dont worry about it when they ask if you been arrested say yes but not convicted

 

I just went down to the court house last month to check my record.

i have 3 arrests for battery all with no charges as the court dropped the cases.

But they still remain on my record the lady at the courthouse said. I can have 1 esponged by Florida law but she advised me not to waste my one get out of jail free card on a nonchargeable misdemeanor, save it for a future possible felony she told me.

I guess that women can predict the Future LOL

I also had a court case set up to have a 15 year old restraining order removed which the judge granted.

But the arrests records are there permanently unfortunately.

OK, good. You have nothing to worry about except picking a good company. From your list, Henderson is OK, but there's dozens more to apply with. We'll help you with a list and then apply to as many as you want. Use their online applications. I'll look for some company names, then Joseph and some others can add or comment as they see fit. Be careful on the applications and ensure they are accurate; no mistakes.

 

just rember when you pick a company ask yourself where will i be in 5 10 20 yrs pension and benfits
