I don't think anyone is picking on them. it's just the way it it. They are cheap trucks and as such they have some drawbacks. if you'r going to build a cheao truck you have to cut costs somewhere. They are alright for what they are and you can get a decent looking truck for a good price but don't expect it to be tight and quiet and as comfortable as a much more expensive truck. You'r essentially comparing a Chevy cavalier to mercedes

MM, I was just funnin a bit (sarcasm) I know my rig isn't as nice as a large car, but for what I have in it I can't lose. Well at the moment I am but I hope to change that. My truck is what it is and that is all that it is:biggrin_25523:

First off please understand that everybody here is trying to help you with your questions. You ask they answer and you might not get the answer that you are looking for, thats life.
As for my truck it is a plain ole' 93 shaker fld 120 with a 3406b cat, rockwell 10 sd and rears, Sport'n a Boydstun 3 car head rack and a Boydstun 9101 7/8 stacker trailer. It isn't all that special, well I do have a pretty cool flame paint job. I bought it used so that is the way it came I would never put flames on anything on purpose, not really my style. The bottom line is it dose the job I ask of it and that s all that really matters to me. If there is a next truck it will be a very LARGE car, this little sleeper is to small for me. LOL Sorry no pics online at the moment I'll try to figure that out latter

Bronc, yeah my 3406b has been good to me so far, it was in-framed about 60 thousand or so before I got it so I should be good to go. I have been able to get around 5.3 or so mpg and with a 10 pack I think that is respectable.

And yeah everybody I work around calls my truck "flame's" it has had that nickname for along time. I've even met some drivers that drove it over the years when it was in service at a couple of different carriers, I think my truck could find the auctions on it's own. LOL
