I have been working at Webber for a while now and I don't see how what you're saying is completely true. I actually just wrote a positive review for the company under the thread good companies to work for.

Haha, yeah I saw that but I was like it couldn't hurt. This thread is actually the only one that pops up on google when I search anwebber review so I figured I'd drop a line

I worked for webber for about 7 months. I left because the treatment of the drivers is almost on point with the first post. Moe is incharge of the El Paso terminal and he will always change your loads. Hes never had a cdl let alone know how to shift. He only got the job because his brother died in a crash. He will always complain about your idle. In which all you have to do is call k3 and talk to cub. Explain that your idleing because its hot and he wont mind your idle time. Assigned trucks wen your on the road. But when you get to your home terminal, locals will use and abuse it. And you stay out more than 15 days minimum. Because the first day you leave and drive 500 miles, moe will say that the first day out doesnt count. Oh, and dont get back on day 13, or you will only get 2 days off. Stay away from an webber.

And they don't pay enough, it's like they're stuck in the 90's. .39 a mile, book miles?

There's not much showing up in google about A. N. Webber, except old stuff. If it's not acceptable to reply to an old thread, maybe they should lock or delete it?

We love stories! Tell us your experience, what happened to you. Why you think they're underpaying. Stuff like that.

Yes sir, sounds like my experience with them but better.I'm not going to bore you with details but in the end my Terminal Mgr in Pleasant Hill,Tn admitted to me and apologized that my home dispatcher(as you know your dispatcher changes according to area you're running) didn't like where I lived and was screwing me on home time and miles so I would quit.Craziness, but at least he was honest.Loved the Tennessee terminal, dreaded the Kankakee one.
