Well one of the Ohio students (me) had to change class date to May 4th.....

Sorry to hear that. We have a really good group of guys in this class. We spent most of today bobtailing around yard. World famous Millis 500! The longer you spend in the trucks the better you get at picking up the little nuances that each rig has in regards to its shifting procedure.
Tomorrow we have about half a day of class time then it's back on the range. We're supposed to practice coupling and uncoupling.

 

You're still going to the Ohio class though correct?

How many trainers are there that supposed to pick up trainees from cartersville ga on the 20th

 

I just finished my second week of school at the Richfield school! Chris is the instructor and he is great. We only have two guys in out class so we are getting a little extra time behind the wheel so I am very happy about that. So far I am very impressed with Millis and the training.

 

Can't beat that student to teacher ratio...apply yourself with Millis and you will do well. Stay away from the negative drivers. When they were complaining in the drivers room I was taking the load no one wanted...mostly short ones...but I would still keep my place in the next for dispatch line. One time everyone kept refusing a decent load cause it couldn't be scaled by like 100 lbs....no problem I will do it...and off I went while they sat.

that's awesome brother. I'm finishing up my orientation next week out of cartersville then out with a trainer. Though I wasn't as fortunate with student to teacher ratio but I still enjoyed the Millis training.
