Celadon is 33 cents per mile if you have at least six months experience. If you have 0-6 months, they put you with a trainer for your first 10,000 miles and pay you 18 cents a mile. You don't have to do the initial contract bs after that if you didn't attend their school afaik, so you qualify for the 33 cent solo rate then. Team rate is 21 cents per mile (42 combined) for all drivers except recent trainees who attended their school. Celadon does offer a 3 cent per mile bonus on all miles if you hit their mileage milestones for the month.
