East bound mm 173, is this scale permanently closed?

No such thing as "permanently closed" they could open and use any of them at any time, always watch for a open sign and never assume as thats when it will bite you in the ###.

Ya their pre pass wasn't on and I drove right past it until I realized it later. Dumb dumb move on my part. I didn't get stopped by DOT, now im assuming that it was closed. I drove past it later that night and both west and east bound scales were closed, pitch black, cones blocking off the entrances.

Hahahaha really. I guess Ohio has become a little more truck friendly.

I think Ohio is upgrading a number of their scales so some are closed until the work is done.
