    Yes. That year had bad head problems. Crack and pressurize cooling system. Get a new head.

    I'm aware of the head cracking issues however I have had the head pressure tested at operating temp twice with no issues found. From what I have seen they often crack in the inlet ports but there was no evidence of this at all.

    We had the same issue on our 2007 s60 with 260,000 miles on it. Ended up being corroded piston sleeves. we also ended replacing the head aswell because of the known issues with those years.

    Sounds to me like u put it back together with a new compressor and your fingers crossed or you put that compressor on a different truck
